is our most common chemical peel and
greatly improves aging changes including
irregular pigmentation, age spots, fine
wrinkles, and excess skin. Most healing
usually occurs rapidly within 2 weeks
depending on the strength of the peel.
With TCA peels, pain is minimal if the
face is lubricated during the healing
process. In the past, CO2 laser peels
were popular but are now only used in
selected patient’s due to longer
healing time and more negative side
effects. Light treatments, photomodulation,
microdermabrasion, glycolic peels and
Jessner peels “noon hour peels”
are performed by our aestheticians and
require no down time. |
